How to Make a Playing Card Wallet 2013-02-28

Creating a wallet out of playing cards is a quick project for you or your children. After doing just a few simple steps you can make yourself a playing card wallet and soon you can impress your friends and family with it or create one for anyone you know who loves to play cards.

1 Select three playing cards that you like; face cards are great for this project, but you can choose any kind of playing cards that you prefer. Put them on a table side by side about one quarter of an inch apart with the front of the cards facing you. Then tape the cards together, as you've placed them, with clear packing tape. Select three more cards and repeat everything you've done with the first three cards.

2 Place the two sets of six cards across from each other so that you have a rectangle in front of you. Make sure the faces of the cards are up, not the backs, and placed horizontally. Tape these two sets together with clear packing tape.

3 Turn everything over and then put tape over any sticky areas on the back side of your cards. Then turn your cards over again and fold them so that they're facing each other.

4 Tape the two sides of the wallet together to complete your wallet.
